X Series Installation Instructions

1. Voluntary Installation Waiver:

You have chosen to take the credit to install the Product without the assistance of a company provided plumber or authorized installer. You understand that improper installation may result in water damage, personal injury, or system malfunction.  

2. No Warranty for Self-Installation:

Any warranties (express or implied) related to performance, damage, or defects are void if the Product is not installed according to the provided instructions or by a company approved qualified professional. No liability is accepted for damage resulting from installation errors.

3. Assumption of Risk:

You accept all risks associated with the installation, setup, and use of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing issues, water leaks, equipment failure, or personal injury.

4. Hold Harmless Agreement:

You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless All Pure H2O, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your self-installation of the Product.

5. Compliance with Local Codes:

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation complies with all applicable local plumbing codes, ordinances, and regulations.

6. Acknowledgment:

By proceeding with the installation, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release of Liability.
