City Water Systems
No maintenance required for the first 5 years. Then we come back to regenerate and backflush the system — a single service visit for $250 — and your warranty resets for another full 5 years.
Years 1–5: nothing to do
Year 5: $250 service visit
Years 6–10: nothing to do
Well Water Systems
Well systems may require periodic backflushing — how often depends on your specific water. At year 5, we regenerate the system for $500 and your warranty resets for another full 5 years.
Ongoing: backflush as needed (we advise)
Year 5: $500 service visit
Years 6–10: continued coverage

Every system comes with a full 5-year warranty — and when we service it, you get another 5 years. We're in this for the long haul, and so is your system.
